We're remote-first with occasional client on-sites in Canberra and capital cities. You'll work across interesting problems with a team that takes quality seriously — and then closes the laptop at a reasonable hour.
You'll design and build the AI components at the core of our engagements — model selection, fine-tuning, inference pipelines, and integration with broader systems. Python, LLM tooling, and production mindset required.
You'll build the interfaces and APIs that sit on top of our AI systems — clean, fast, and production-ready. Strong TypeScript, React, and Python required. Government security clearance or willingness to obtain is a bonus.
You'll translate complex government requirements into clear, buildable technical architectures. Experience with ASD frameworks, IRAP assessments, or federal procurement processes highly regarded.
You'll own delivery across multiple engagements — managing client relationships, keeping technical teams unblocked, and ensuring we ship what we promise. You're not a PM in the bureaucratic sense — you're a connector who keeps momentum.
